Terms of service

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All artwork, images and designs displayed are property of Mariah Cucchiara and Quacked Canvas. Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or ownership. You may not reproduce, scan, print or resell any artwork or imagery from this store without explicit written consent from the artist.

Product Appearance

We make effort to display the colors and details of our artwork accurately.

However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical piece.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or an incorrect listing price.
